HOW IT WORKS

Getting started is simple. Four steps and your child is learning in an immersive virtual classroom.

Fill out the short form on our enrollment page. Our coordinator will reach out within one business day to get the process started.

Your student's coordinator walks you through the program, learns about your child, and answers questions.

Finish the official enrollment paperwork online and select your child's courses for the upcoming school year.

Your VR headset ships straight to your home at no cost. Your teacher will reach out before day one to make sure you're ready.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What happens if I have trouble with the equipment?: VHCS has dedicated IT support staff to help you with setup and troubleshooting, reachable at [email protected].
What about the VR headset?: A Meta Quest headset is provided to every enrolled student at no charge. We handle setup support and technical help throughout the year.
What grades are eligible?: We currently serve grades 4th through 11th. All students residing in Utah are eligible to apply.
