Kristin Elinkowski

Kristin Elinkowski is an education innovator and leader in virtual reality learning. She is the Chairman of Virtual Horizons Charter School, Utah’s first VR-based charter school, and a co-founder of Oasis XRE, an organization dedicated to expanding immersive education to students worldwide. A former Chairman of the Utah State Charter School Board and member of the Governor’s Commission on Excellence in Education, Kristin brings deep experience in shaping policy and practice. She holds a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, where she researched how to build and sustain meaningful friendships. Passionate about reimagining education to spark curiosity and help students thrive, she also contributes her expertise as a Certified Business Intermediary and serves on multiple nonprofit and for-profit boards.
