About the Role
The 4th Grade Teacher at VHCS will design and deliver engaging instruction aligned with Utah Core Standards in all core subjects. This educator will foster an inclusive, student-centered classroom environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and critical thinking. By incorporating virtual reality and technology-driven lessons, the teacher will create an interactive and immersive learning experience that deepens student understanding. Responsibilities include assessing student performance, providing timely feedback, maintaining effective communication with parents, and participating in professional development and collaborative planning with colleagues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
Valid Utah Educator License with an Elementary Education endorsement.
Knowledge of developmental stages and effective teaching strategies for 4th-grade students.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
